AS SEEN ON TV

I am a fan of Ryobi products and am slowly replacing my existing cordless tools with Ryobi One items. Everything I have purchased thus far, has met and often exceeded my expectations. My one bone of contention is the product registration system. I have harped on about this user unfriendly process, with Ryobi. I honestly have never been able to register any items. It beggars belief that every individual item needs to be recorded. Despite purchasing directly from Ryobi. Rant over, Ryobi tools are excellent.

Good experience with Ryobi,would not hesitate to shop with them again. The delivery was quick and the web site easy to use.

polite, efficient, and dealt with my problems 1st time. when passed between colleagues didn't have to start a new conversation, order details passed. things go wrong, its how you deal with them that keeps customers.

The battery ran down a bit quicker than l thought it would, although it was lighter and easier to handle.

The attachments for the strimmer where too big ( in diameter) to locate the guard. I manage to secure with 50mm drywall screws which seem to work. No instructions other than diagrams provided. The lowest setting for the lawn mower doesn't cut the lawn low enough and the controls to adjust this height is very flimsy. It was not an expensive product (offer) so probably value for money.
